General Terms
Natasha Maroun of GLAM WITH TASH is a Sole Trader Business providing makeup services. By securing an appointment, the client is entering into a contract where the terms of service must be upheld by both parties.
Eligibility for Service
Natasha Maroun of GLAM WITH TASH, reserves the right to refuse service at any time. Additionally, as Natasha provides a mobile service, client bookings may be refused if threats to her safety and wellbeing arise.
If a client runs late to their booking, their allotted service time will not be extended, nor will it be supplemented by the next appointment. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, they will forfeit their booking and will be charged the full amount of service.
Limitation of Liability
Natasha Maroun of GLAM WITH TASH prides herself on cleanliness and strict sanitation protocol. All brushes, products and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each client. Disposable tools are also used to ensure no cross-contamination occurs, as the safety of her clients is of upmost importance. Therefore, Natasha Maroun will not be held accountable to a person for consequential, incidental or indirect damages to such person.
Fees and Payments
All prices are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change. The client agrees to pay the entire fees to Natasha Maroun for her services in accordance with these terms. The client is to pay a non-refundable booking fee at the time of scheduling their appointment. The remaining balance is to be paid via exact cash or bank transfer at the time of the service. Clients do not qualify for refunds. GLAM WITH TASH does not offer discounts or payment plans.
Where parking or valet fees may be incurred; the cost will be included in the final amount to be paid at the time of the appointment. All parking and valet arrangements are to be selected and/or accepted by Natasha Maroun - due to the nature of the service, and the size and weight of her pro kit, the most accessible location will be selected unless previously discussed. All costs for domestic and international travel to a booked event are to be paid by the client. This includes, but is not limited to: airfare, hotel, transportation, parking, per diem and service incidentals.
Cancellations and Adjustments
Clients are to pay a non-refundable deposit upon booking. If a client cancels their appointment before 48hrs of the booked service, they agree to forfeit this amount. If a client cancels their appointment within a 48hr period from the booked service, they agree to forfeit this amount and may be refused service for any future bookings indefinitely.
If wanting to reschedule their appointment, the client must contact Natasha Maroun via email or Instagram direct message before 48hrs of their booked service. Natasha Maroun can re-book a service, subject to availability. In this case, the original deposit can be transferred to the new date. However, if the client requests for their appointment to be rescheduled within 48hrs of their booked service, they will agree to forfeit their original deposit and must pay new deposit as per the terms of booking.
Surcharges
Services booked on public holidays (excluding Christmas and New Years Day) will incur a service fee of 15%.
Any general appointment that is booked before 6:00am, will incur an early morning fee of $50. This excludes Bridal and Commercial bookings.
Use of Images
Unless prior discussion and approval has occurred, Natasha Maroun of GLAM WITH TASH may use on her website, social media accounts and in any marketing material, any and all photographs, video, audio and any other digitally or chemically stored media that is captured or recorded by Natasha Maroun or any of her representatives or agents.
Out of Scope Tasks
Natasha Maroun of GLAM WITH TASH does not perform out of scope tasks during the client's 90 minute appointment: tattoo cover; fixing uneven spray tan or skin peeling; provide partial makeup for an associate of the client (fix another artist's work, add false eyelashes, touch up etc.); provide or sell product; rush the service due to the client booking an unsuitable time.
Privacy Policy
Natasha Maroun retains personal information about each client necessary for the purposes of booking a service. The information may be forwarded, with permission, to third party service providers who assist in operating GLAM WITH TASH. Natasha Maroun will protect the privacy and personal information of each client. All information provided will remain confidential, and will only be used for the purpose it was collected.
Information such as: full name, contact number, email address, payment details and personal address may be required when booking a service with GLAM WITH TASH. If the client does not wish for this information to be collected, they will be advised to contact GLAM WITH TASH directly via glamwithtash@gmail.com. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information will incur limitations on what services can be provided.
All personal information is securely stored electronically, which only authorised personnel have access to.
Client Responsibilities
Read and understand the terms of service, cancellation policy and appointment details as stipulated in the confirmation and reminder messages.
Agree and comply with the terms of service, cancellation policy and appointment details as stipulated in the confirmation and reminder messages.
To be ready for the allotted appointment time with clean skin that is free of any makeup and skin care.
Do not engage in services such as skin needling and chemical facial peels for a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the service date.
To communicate to Natasha Maroun of GLAM WITH TASH of any skin sensitivities, allergies or concerns on or before the service date.
To accurately describe any treatments undergone to Natasha Maroun of GLAM WITH TASH (such as facial waxing, laser treatments, etc.) that may compromise the makeup application.
To provide a large table and ample space required for set up.
To communicate any important information regarding the location of the booked service, i.e. stairs, limited street parking, limited building parking, dogs or protection animals, security systems and alarms, door codes/buzzers, hotel procedures/protocols.
To communicate any concerns or dissatisfaction of the makeup or service directly to Natasha Maroun of GLAM WITH TASH.
To kindly treat your appointment like any other professional service. No maltreatment, eating or vaping throughout the booked service will be tolerated.
